Stop scrolling, because the last 24 hours of entertainment news were a lot, and we've sorted the chaos into a tidy countdown. Buckle up.

Here's our ranking, from "cute little flex" to "we need a moment."

7. Kanye West Shuts Down A Card Shop For A Pokémon Spree

Per an exclusive from Page Six, a source says a Burbank card store was closed so Kanye could shop with his kids, dropping "thousands upon thousands" on Pokémon cards. The kids, the source says, "were going crazy opening them up."

Wholesome? Extravagant? Both? Honestly, a very relatable dad move, just with a bigger budget. Lowest on our list only because nobody got hurt or betrayed.

6. Taylor Swift Debuts A Curly Lob

Two months after her big chop, Taylor is officially in her lob era, according to E! News. She showed off shoulder-length curls (her hair's "factory settings," as she's called them) in an Instagram post celebrating "Patient Zero" and The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore charting at the same time in the UK.

The curls? Immaculate. The bangs? Still iconic. Swifties already know a new look usually means something is coming, but that's pure fan theory for now.

5. Anne Hathaway Literally Vanishes In A Puff Of Smoke

After five movies in one year, Anne Hathaway promised she'd disappear from the spotlight once Verity hit theaters. Then she actually did it, in a hilarious Instagram video where she poofs away mid-sentence and fake headlines announce that she "simply evaporates."

Commitment to the bit: 10/10. Press tour finished, bit delivered, exit made. We respect the artistry.

4. Hollywood's Giant Merger Has A Name, And It's... Skydance

The combined Paramount-Warner Bros. company will be called Skydance, the same name as David Ellison's studio, according to Variety. Ellison's memo says the point was to keep Paramount and Warner Bros. in the spotlight rather than overshadow them.

Not everyone is sold: The Hollywood Reporter ran an opinion headline calling it "a decent name" that's "weaker than Paramount or Warner Bros." Also, Variety says Warner Bros. film chiefs Mike De Luca and Pam Abdy are out, and a source insists "there's no way 'Barbie 2' doesn't happen."

Big corporate energy, big plot twists. Ranked this high because the Barbie 2 chatter alone is enough to shake the group chat.

3. A Survivor Player Just Won Big Brother For The First Time Ever

Rick Devens made reality TV history by becoming the first Survivor player to win Big Brother, taking season 28 in a 6-1 jury vote, The Hollywood Reporter reports. He also snagged America's Favorite Houseguest.

The tea ☕ he served afterward: he said the other houseguests had 11 weeks and a 14-to-3 numbers advantage to get the "icons" out and didn't, so "get it together, newbies." When asked about doing The Traitors, he said he's "open." Please, casting department.

2. Kathleen Turner's Response Is Peak Old-School Cool

After Michael Douglas confessed in his memoir that the Romancing the Stone rumors were true, Kathleen Turner replied with a very calm statement: "Good heavens what a fuss about something 40 years ago! I love Michael and I look forward to enjoying the book," per The Hollywood Reporter.

Four decades of denial, one breezy "good heavens." That's how you handle a bombshell.

1. The Whole Michael Douglas Memoir Confession

Why is it above Turner's reply? Because it's the original plot twist. Douglas wrote that he and Turner fell "hard for each other" during filming, and that their long-running "we only flirted" line "was a lie." He says they kept it quiet to protect his then-wife and son, and that even director Robert Zemeckis and Danny DeVito were unaware.

Forty years of "nothing happened," and it turns out something very much happened. Easily the story of the day.

The Tea ☕

  • Taylor, Anne and Kanye gave us the light stuff.
  • Hollywood's merger now has a name, and opinions.
  • Michael Douglas' confession and Kathleen Turner's shrug stole the show.

Now it's your turn: how would YOU rank these seven? Is Anne's disappearing act better than Taylor's lob? Is Skydance a good name or a snooze? Drop your ranking in the comments.
